She has a broad range of direct experience in building strategy, mobilizing execution, developing new ventures and portfolios, leading transformations and turnarounds, and driving a growth and performance culture.

Ms. Bot has built five global businesses from the ground up. These ventures introduced wildly disruptive value propositions and were recognized as trailblazers in the communications, internet infrastructure, wireless, and mobility industries. In addition, she consistently ranks in the top 1% of global corporations and her clients for achievements in leading breakthrough transformations and turnarounds of CEO top-of-mind issues, reducing process waste by 25% to 70%.  To date, she has exceeded $1B annualized savings and several billions in Opportunity Cost Avoidance over 10 years (i.e. EBITDA loss that would have otherwise occurred).
